Ministry Job Board
The Ministry Job Board provides a centralized system for our national network of churches and Christian nonprofits to advertise open ministry positions and for individuals to discreetly post their personal profile and portfolio, including sample videos (i.e., sermons, worship sets, lessons, etc.). This dynamic system automatically identifies quality matches by cross-referencing preferred candidate profiles created by churches and organizations to save hours of sifting through resumes and job postings and save individuals hours of sorting through job postings.
The Center for Church Leadership has partnered with Christian Standard Media to create CC ChurchLink. This is the most complete and accurate digital database of Independent Christian Churches and Churches of Christ. The Network Church level is limited to a search of only churches. The Advancing and Equipping Church levels add the capability to search for church staff and leaders.

Reposition is for the congregation with 200 or less attendees. The concern with the smaller congregation is, “We can’t compete with the larger church. We can’t provide the same types of programming; therefore, we can’t attract people to our church.” Reposition says God does not want you to compete with other churches, you reposition:
- From consumer to the committed
- From doing church to becoming the church
- From religion to relationships in transformational community
- From come-and-see to members go-and-share Christ
- From programmatic leadership to pastoral leadership.
Thriving Church Leadership Workshops
Throughout Scripture, God reveals five transcendent principles that enable his leaders in every generation to thrive! These workshops will not only identify the five leadership principles but also give Biblical examples and 21st century application for church leaders today.
Most ministers have no mentor or coach to help them navigate significant or unexpected challenges. The SafetyNet supports minister through a network of 50 Advocates who stand ready to talk in a moment of significant struggle, conflict or crisis.
The Center’s Roundtable provides a venue for ministers to experience support, encouragement, and care. It is a safe place where they can be transparent about stress, fear, exhaustion, frustration, and anger. The Roundtable also provides a relaxed environment to share ideas, tackle challenges, and build each other up.
